Black Point Press publishes two monthly magazines:
The publications reflect the local housing market, with writers and columnists addressing all aspects of the management, ownership and sales of apartment buildings.
Each magazine serves as the official publication of the local apartment association for the region. The combined publications reach more than 9,000 apartment owners and property managers throughout the San Francisco Bay Region.
